Tazar Management LLC sends text messages only to people who sign up for them, about their own rental application and tenancy: application links and status, lease signing reminders, maintenance updates, rent and renewal reminders, and building notices such as city inspections. We never send marketing texts.
How to sign up. Texts are optional and are not a condition of renting. Each person signs up for their own number only:
Roommates you list on an application receive their invitation by email; they decide for themselves whether to get texts when they fill out their own application.
Message frequency varies (usually a few messages a month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop texts at any time. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
