Bill Lentis

Bill Lentis is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lentis Capital, a focused real estate investment firm built on intention, strategy, and disciplined execution. With over two decades of direct experience acquiring and transforming underperforming multifamily assets, Bill has developed a proprietary approach to identifying opportunity where others see risk — what we call the Sniper Strategy.

Bill began his real estate journey in 2005, driven not by inheritance or capital but by curiosity and a strategic mindset that still defines the firm today. Over the years, he has scaled a diversified portfolio exceeding $40M through precision underwriting, hands-on asset management, and value-add operational execution. Bill’s philosophy centers on long-term cash flow, disciplined growth, and wealth creation through real estate fundamentals rather than speculation.
